A Legend Reborn, A Brand Re-Imagined

bsp partnered with the estate of Marlon Brando to re-imagine and relaunch the brand for one of the most iconic actors of the 20th century. Playing upon Brando’s animal magnetism and reputation as a rebel, bsp successfully aligned the Brando brand with leading companies to help increase his profile and familiarize his image to a new generation of consumers.

A licensing agreement with Dolce & Gabbana created an opportunity for a line of T-shirts, jackets, and tank tops. Italian retailer Liu Jo Jeans licensed images of the star for a print ad campaign in key fashion and lifestyle magazines. Renault, the French automaker, licensed clips from Brando’s smoldering performance in “On the Waterfront” for a TV campaign promoting its new Clio.

Today, thanks to bsp and this groundbreaking venture, prestigious companies worldwide can continue to forge their unique connection to this American legend. In a world craving charismatic change, Brando’s appeal is timeless.
