Poketo is a high culture brand known for its Instagram-worthy retail locations and collaborations with Target, Nordstrom and Urban Outfitters, started in 2003 as a way for founders Ted Vadakan and Angie Myung to help local artists sell their art by translating it onto products like wallets, notebooks and stationery.  13 years later, the brand has developed a large passionate fan base and a global retail footprint that claims Anthropologie, Beams, and Macy’s as key retailers among others.

Founded in 2003 by husband-and-wife team Ted Vadakan and Angie Myung, Poketo is a Los Angeles based lifestyle brand with an eye for modern design and artful wares, including highly curated housewares, apparel, stationery, books, and gifts. With the mission of bringing art into the every day, Poketo collaborates with local and international artists to create unique products and to cultivate the creative community. Poketo has an expansive wholesale program and two retail locations in Los Angeles: The Poketo Flagship in the Arts District of Downtown LA and Poketo at The Line Hotel. Both locations have received accolades for “Best in Retail” from Vogue, Wallpaper, Refinery29 and more.
